I have led and transformed B2B sales operations across the technology industry — at companies ranging from garage start-ups to global enterprises, in markets that included the first generation of smartphones, smart-window technology, and the early electric-vehicle market in the United States. The constant thread: transforming sales operations, opening new markets, making product innovation commercially viable. Methodology behind the work: S.I.L.O. — a deliberate reframing of the old "Self-Interested Local Optimization" (the notorious silo-thinking trap in sales) into the new Synergistic Integrated Lead-Generation Ecosystem. Registered word/figurative mark at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office since April 2025.
Today engaged as co-founder with WelikeU — a transformation agency that turns AI, digital and leadership change into real implementation — and as co-founder of Compact Motion, a Swiss high-tech start-up developing innovative linear-motor technology. I have served the Federal Association of Sales Managers (Bundesverband der Vertriebsmanager e.V.) in various capacities over many years, and I co-host the German-language sales-leadership podcast VTalk with Ann-Kathrin de Moy.
Based in the Stuttgart area, Germany. Father of working twins.
